Top in the agenda of the Meeting was to seal up an agreement on how to develop a fruitful partnership among the parties in order to introduce research, teaching and marketing of Ozone Oxygen and technology in Nigeria through the Department of Natural Medicine of the IBI Enugu. The possibilities of collaboration with the Enugu East Local Government Council whose able Mayor is Prince Alex Ekwueme and also with the Enugu State Government ably led by Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, form part of the agenda.

It has been scientifically proved that the Ozone Oxygen has multiple uses. It is used in the treament of the environment, water (to control bacteria), agriculture (as pesticide and herbicide), in the health sector (for the treatment in a very efficacious way of different deadly sicknesses like cancer, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, and so forth).

The full formation of experts in this field will take place in Italy while a part of the formation (theoretical) will take place in the IBI Ugwogo Nike.

Medical practitioners – allopathic, naturopathic; pharmacists, nurses and other paramedical practitioners can do the specialization courses in the field while secondary school graduates and graduates from tertiary institutions from other fields can do the programmes starting from the scratch.
